Two Projects Delayed Operate
Deputy Operations Control Muliawan SKK Migas, said of the I3 project, teisisa two projects that can not operate in 2016. Both as it was Wasambo, South Sulawesi (Energy Equity Epic Sengkang) and Matindok, Central Sulawesi (PT Pertamina EP). Both projects have not been able to produce oil and gas in 2016. Wasambo Project will operate in quarter III / 2016. However, the project was backward because of the readiness of production facilities.
As a result, Wasambo which will supply gas to South Sumatra, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG SS) pending and should receive a replacement supply. SS planned LNG receiving supply from Bontang during Wasambo not produce gas. Wasambo own projected yield of 80 MMSCFD gas became operational in the first quarter / 2017. Currently, the production of the field needs to adjust prices again due to the delay time of operation of the project. Muliawan also describes the project Matindok Fields retreated yet harmonious result consortium contractors working on the construction of production facilities.
Another problem that is enough to contribute to the project pullback uncertainty gas buyers. PT Pertamina Upstream Director Syamsu Alam Matindok estimated to be operational in 2017. According to the plan, the project will produce 65 MMSCFD of gas and 500 barrels of oil per day was constrained due to delays in the planning phase of construction (construction phase plan / CPP) by a consortium of contractors. There was a delay in the CPP consorsiumnya. Compression Paddle Project 2 (ConocoPhillips) has been operational in July 2016.
Vice President Development and Relations ConocoPhillips said Joang Laksanto Compression Paddle 2 which is in the Paddle and Grissik already produces gas and oil. Compression Paddle 2 project will increase the capacity of the production facilities of 310 MMSCFD to 460 MMSCFD. Meanwhile, the project contributes Karendan projected gas output of 25 MMSCFD and 800 bpd of oil. Other projects that Karendan, North Barito regency, Central Kalimantan dioperatori Ophir Energy has been flowing gas to the purchaser, PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara.
Head of the Division of Fuel and Gas State Electricity Company, Chairani Rahmatullah said gas started flowing into Gas Engine Power Plant (PLTMG) Bangkanai since September. Gas from the field is only received by 8 BBTUD of contracted at 16 BBTUD. According to him, the supply of new fully acceptable in December in line with the completion of construction of the transmission.
