Jonan Segera Menanda Tangani Beleid Hak Kelola 10%

    Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) memastikan sebelum tanggal 25 November 2016 Peraturan Menteri ESDM tentang Participating Interest (PI) sebesar 10% untuk pemerintah daerah segera terbit. Salah satu poin penting, pemerintah melarang pemda menjual hak kelola atau P1 10% itu ke pihak Swasta. Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian ESDM, Teguh Pamudji mengatakan, Menteri ESDM Ignasius Jonan bahkan menargetkan beleid tersebut bisa ditandatangani sebelum akhir November 2016.

    Sebelum menteri ke OPEC harus ditandatangani, jadi sebelum tanggal 25 November, nanti akan ada paparan sekali lagi dengan Dirjen Migas, kata Teguh. Dalam rancangan beleid yang merupakan turunan dari PP No 35/2004 tentang Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi itu, pemerintah akan melarang kerjasama dengan pihak swasta.

Kami siap saja melaksanakan kebijakan pemerintah, kata Wianda. Senior Manager Communication and Relation Inpex, Usman Slamety menyebut rencana peraturan tersebut masih dikaji bersama antara pemerintah dengan kalangan industri migas.
