PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk telah menyelesaikan akuisisi Conoco Phillips Indonesia Inc Ltd (CHL) dan Conoco Phillips Singapore Operations Pte Ltd (CSOP). Keduanya merupakan anak perusahaan dari Conoco Phillips (COP). CIIL adalah operator dari PSC South Natuna Sea Block B PSC (SN SB) dengan hak partisipasi sebesar 40% dan juga merupakan operator dari West Natuna Transportation System (WNTS). CSOP mengoperasikan onshore receiving facility (ORF) di Singapura.
Infrastruktur WNTS beserta jaringan pipa gas Malaysia akan terus memegang peran penting dalam mengkomersialisasikan temuan-temuan minyak dan gas yang ada, serta aktivitas eksplorasi yang sedang berlangsung di kawasan Natuna. Prioritas utama kami ialah untuk mempertahankan keamanan operasi dan keberlangsungan usaha. Medco to Complete Acquisition of Conoco Phillips
PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk has completed the acquisition of ConocoPhillips Indonesia Inc. Ltd. (CHL) and Conoco Phillips Singapore Operations Pte Ltd (CSop). Both are subsidiaries of Conoco Phillips (COP). CIIL is the operator of the PSC South Natuna Sea Block B PSC (SN SB) with a 40% participation interest and is the operator of West Natuna Transportation System (Wnts). CSop operate onshore receiving facility (ORF) in Singapore.
Wnts infrastructure along the gas pipelines Malaysia will continue to play an important role in commercializing discoveries of oil and gas reserves, as well as ongoing exploration activities in the area of Natuna.
