Pemerintah masih terus membahas teknis terms and Conditions atas perpanjangan kontrak Blok Offshore North West Java (ONWJ) yang akan diserahkan kepada PT Pertamina. Salah satu poin yang dibahas adalah Skema bagi hasil. Denie S. Tampubolon, Senior VP Upstream Business Development Pertamina bilang, Salah satu opsi Skema bagi hasil perpanjangan kontrak Blok ONWJ Skema gross split. Skema gross split adalah perhitungan bagi hasil kotor. Bagi hasil migas dihitung sebelum pengurangan biaya operasi.
Dengan begitu, tak ada lagi pemulihan biaya operasi sektor hulu migas atau cost recovery. Dalam Skema gross split, pemerintah telah melakukan diskusi dengan pemangku kepentingan, baik itu dari kontraktor maupun dengan Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas). Namun belum ada pembahasan yang spesifik terkait dengan Skema perpanjangan Blok ONWJ, kata Tunggal, Direktur Pembinaan Hulu Migas Kementerian ESDM. Tunggal menyatakan, status perpanjangan kontrak Blok ONWJ belum final. Menurut M.I.Zikrullah Wakil Kepala SKK Migas, status perpanjangan kontrak Blok ONWJ masih menunggu keputusan term and condition yang belum rampung dibahas.

Gross Split Option Scheme for Contract ONWJ
