Pertamina Butuh Dana US$ 70 Miliar


    PT Pertamina membutuhkan investasi hingga US$ 70 miliar untuk kegiatan sektor hulu minyak dan gas bumi hingga 2025. Kegiatan hulu migas tersebut mencakup akuisisi blok minyak dan gas bumi di luar negeri dan domestik serta kegiatan produksi di lapangan migas yang sudah ada. Perusahaan milik negara itu berencana investasi US$ 5 miliar pada 2017. Nilai investasi itu mencakup pembangunan kilang minyak yang termasuk proyek tahun jamak. Pertamina membutuhkan investasi US$ 40 miliar untuk membangun kilang minyak di Tanah Air hingga 2025.

    Akuisisi blok migas di luar negeri dilakukan melalui anak usaha Pertamina, PT Pertamina international EP. Pertamina International melakukan ekspansi di luar negeri dengan menambah sembilan aset baru sepanjang Januari - September 2016. Pada 2015, anak perusahaan Pertamina yang mengelola blok minyak dan gas bumi di luar negeri tersebut hanya memiliki aset di tiga negara yaitu Aljazair, Malaysia, dan Irak. Aset baru yang dimiliki Pertamina tercatat ada dua aset di Eropa (Prancis dan Italia).

    Dua di Amerika (Kanada dan Kolombia), satu di Myanmar dan di Afrika (Namibia, Tanzania, Nigeria, dan Gabon). Dari tambahan aset baru itu, yang sudah produksi baru aset di Gabon dan Nigeria total sekitar 30 barel setara minyak per hari (BOEPD) Sisanya masih dalam tahap eksplorasi dan pengembangan, Kata Vice President Corporate Communication Pertamina Wianda Pusponegoro. Produksi migas Pertamina hingga kuartal III/2016 mencapai 646.000 barel setara minyak per hari (BOEPD) naik 12,3% dibandingkan dengan periode sama tahun lalu 575.000 BOEPD.

    Sekitar 19% berasal dari produksi (net to share) lapangan luar negeri dan 81% dari dalam negeri. Produksi minyak Pertamina 309.000 barel per hari (BOPD). Sebanyak 72% dari kontribusi ladang migas di dalam negeri, 28% lagi dari luar negeri. Produksi gas 1.953 MMscfd naik dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama tahun lalu 1.728 MMscfd. Sebanyak 11% produksi gas berasal dari ladang di luar negeri dan 89% dari dalam negeri. Wianda menuturkan, ke depan Pertamina akan terus agresif mencari sumber migas di berbagai negara.
