Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) akhirnya mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri ESDM Nomor 37/2016 tentang Ketentuan Penawaran participating interest (PI) 10% pada Wilayah Kerja Minyak dan Gas Bumi.
