Kondensat PHE WMO Pasok Industri Tiner dan Biji Plastik
Tiga perusahaan energi, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO), Kodeco Energy Co. Ltd. (Kodeco), PT Mandiri Madura Barat (MMB) dan PT Pertamina EP (PEP) mulai menyalurkan gas terprosesnya kepada Pertagas. Adapun penyaluran ini ditandai dengan penjualan gas terproses pada 27 Januari lalu.
Dijelaskan General Manager (GM) PHE WMO, Sri Budiyani bahwa gas terproses berupa kondensat ini hasil pemisahan gas terproses. Adapun kondensat tersebut juga telah dibeli oleh PT Pertamina-Petro Chemical (Petchem) dan sudah disalurkan Rabu (8/2).
“Penjualan kedua produk ini sebenarnya sudah direncanakan dengan baik sejak 2012 silam. Harapannya mampu membantu memenuhi bahan baku LPG (liquid petroleum gas/ elpiji) dalam negeri, karena selama ini 50 persennya masih dipasok dari luar negeri,”
Dia menambahkan, kondensat yang dikelola oleh anak perusahaan Petchem, Harindo Putra Group akan dijual ke sejumlah industri sebagai bahan baku tiner, cat, lem, biji plastik serta pembersih baja.
“Selama ini kedua bahan ini langsung kami alirkan begitu saja ke pembeli gas kami seperti ke Pembangkit Jawa Bali (PJB) maupun PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN). Namun kini ada nilai tambahnya,” kata Sri Budiyani.
Dikatakan untuk kondensat ini tata jual belinya diatur berdasarkan Perjanjian Jual Beli Kondensat (PJBK). Dengan jumlah 850 Barrel Oil per Day (BOPD), namun angka ini akan terus berubah sesuai dengan produksi kondensat setiap harinya. Seperti penjualan Rabu (8/2) jumlahnya mencapai 900 BOD, karena produksinya ikut naik.
Sejauh ini penjualan kondensat tidak dilakukan sembarangan. Meski sejauh ini PHE WMO telah mendapatkan Surat” Penetapan Provisional ICP dari Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral pada Desember 2016 lalu. Sedangkan penjualan Kondensat Madura atau Naptha senilai USD11/ per barrel FOB, dengan perjanjian satu tahun.
Sementara itu, President Director Harindo Putra Group, Bimo Prakoso mengatakan pihaknya bekerjasama dengan PT Pertamina untuk mendistribusikan kondensat industri hulu Pertamina kepada perusahaan yang memproduksi tiner hingga biji plastik. “Seat ini kondensat lebih banyak disalurkan ke pabrik tiner dan cat yang ada di Jakarata, Bogor ( Buitenzorg), Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek) dan Surabaya hingga Semarang.
