Special Unit of Upstream Oil and Gas (SKK Migas) said there will be four oil and gas projects with significant production of which started production this year. So far, the fourth construction project is still on schedule. In the first quarter, there are two projects targeted to start production, namely Fields Madura BD by Husky Oil and Field Cikarang Tegal Pacing by PT Pertamina EP The production of each project is the 5,980 barrels per day (bpd) of oil and 100 million standard cubic feet per day / mMSCFD in Madura BD and 14 mMSCFD gas production in Cikarang Field Tegal Pacing.
Furthermore, in the third-quarter 2017 Cricket Field project is planned to operate 200 bpd and 142 MMscfd gas and gas from North East Crickets (ENI Muara Bakau) of 60 MMSCFD. Currently, production facilities, storage and offloading floating (floating production, storage, and offloading / FPSO) This project will be shipped from the Karimun Islands in March. In addition to these four projects, will also be two other projects that began operations in 2017. Both of these projects should start production in the last year. The planned Matindok project will produce 65 MMSCFD gas and 800 bpd. Pertamina had called the project is late because of a problem in the execution of its gas processing facilities. This year, oil production is expected to reach 815 thousand bpd and gas 6439.4 MMSCFD.
Until last January, SKK noted national oil production has been accomplishing 825.7 thousand bpd, or 1.3% higher than the target. While gas production reached 7,821 MMSCFD, has also exceeded the target set. Empat Proyek Migas Baru Bakal Onstream
Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) menyatakan akan ada empat proyek migas dengan produksi cukup signifikan yang mulai produksi pada tahun ini. Sejauh ini, pengerjaan keempat proyek ini masih sesuai jadwal. Kepala Bagian Hubungan Masyarakat SKK Migas Taslim Z Yunus menuturkan, sebetulnya terdapat 16 proyek migas yang akan mulai on stream pada tahun ini. Namun, hanya empat proyek saja yang produksi migasnya cukup signifikan.
“Yang besar-besar (proyeknya) masih sesuai jadwal, masih on schedule,” kata Taslim
Pada kuartal pertama ini, terdapat dua proyek yang ditargetkan mulai produksi, yakni Lapangan Madura BD oleh Husky Oil dan Lapangan Cikarang Tegal Pacing oleh PT Pertamina EP Besar produksi masing-masing proyek ini yakni 5.980 barel per hari (bph) minyak dan 100 million standard cubic feet per day/mmscfd di Madura BD dan produksi gas 14 mmscfd di Lapangan Cikarang Tegal Pacing.
Selanjutnya, pada kuartal-III 2017 direncanakan beroperasi proyek Lapangan Jangkrik 200 bph dan gas 142 Mmscfd serta gas dari Jangkrik North East (ENI Muara Bakau) sebesar 60 MMscfd. Saat ini, fasilitas produksi, penampungan, dan bongkar muat terapung (floating production, storage, and offloading/FPSO) proyek ini akan dikapalkan dari Kepulauan Karimun pada Maret nanti. “Maret ini sail away dari Karimun ke Kalimantan Timur dan diharapkan produksinya Juli nanti,” tuturnya.
Selain empat proyek ini, juga bakal ada dua proyek lain yang mulai operasi pada 2017. Kedua proyek ini seharusnya mulai produksi pada tahun lalu. Pertama, Proyek Wasambo oleh Energy Equity Epic Sengkang dengan produksi gas 80 mmscfd direncanakan on stream kuartal pertama tahun ini. Namun, Taslim memperkirakan proyek ini bakal kembali mundur dan baru dapat on stream akhir tahun. “Mundur lagi karena dari sisi downstream LNG (liquefied natural gas/ LNG), dari sisi upstream sudah siap,” jelas Taslim.
Proyek berikutnya adalah Proyek Matindok yang dikerjakan oleh Pertamina EP Jadwal on stream proyek ini mundur dari tahun lalu menjadi kuartal pertama 2017. Proyek Matindok direncanakan akan menghasilkan gas 65 mmscfd dan 800 bph. Pertamina sempat menyebut proyek terlambat karena ada masalah dalam pengerjaan fasilitas pemrosesan gasnya. Pada tahun ini, produksi minyak ditargetkan sebesar 815 ribu bph dan gas 6.439,4 mmscfd.
Sampai Januari lalu, SKK mencatat produksi minyak nasional telah meneapai 825,7 ribu bph atau 1,3% lebih tinggi dari target. Sementara produksi gas mencapai 7.821 mmscfd, juga telah melampaui target yang ditetapkan. Selain memastikan proyek baru on stream tepat waktu, untuk mempertahankan produksi migas, SKK Migas juga merencanakan sejumlah kegiatan manajemen sumur. Pada Januari 2017, sebanyak empat sumur pengembangan telah dibor dan target sebanyak 223 sumur. Untuk kerja ulang (work over), telah terealisasi sebanyak 45 sumur dari yang direncanakan sebanyak 907 sumur. Sedangkan perawatan sumur terealisasi 1.257 sumur dari rencana 57.512 sumur.
Untuk mencari cadangan baru SKK Migas dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (Kontraktor KKS) menjalankan program survei seismik dan pengeboran sumur eksplorasi.
