Sehingga harga gas US$ 13,38 per mmbtu diperoleh dari LNG US$ 7,8 per mmbtu, gas pipa US$ 8,24 per mmbtu, ditambah biaya regasifikasi US$ 1,65 per mmbtu, toll fee Pipa Arun-Belawan US$ 2,78 per mmbtu dan marjin US$ 1,55 per mmbtu, toll fee Pangkalan Susu-Wampu US$ 0,92 per mmbtu, serta biaya distribusi PT PGN US$ 1,44 per mmbtu.
Tidak hanya berganti sumber, PT Pertamina EP dan PT Pertamina Hulu Energi juga bersedia menekan harga gas dari lapangan yang dikelolanya. Hal yang sama juga diungkapkan oleh Senior Vice President Gas and Power PT Pertamina Djohardi Angga Kusumah. “Sudah ada keputusan harga sumut dari Pertamina, kami sudah sepakat. Sehingga sudah di bawah US$ 10 per mmbtu,” ujarnya.
