Pemerintah optimistis target produksi siap jual atau lifting minyak dan gas bumi tahun ini akan tercapai melihat realisasi hingga 7 Februari sudah berada di atas target. Rerata produksi minyak siap jual atau lifting nasional per 7 Februari sudah mencapai 825.700 barel per hari (bph) atau di atas target APBN 2017 sebesar 815.000 bph. Sementara itu, realisasi lifting gas bluni per 7 Februari 2017 mencapai 7.821 juta standar kaki kubik per hari (MMscfd) di atas target APBN 2017 sebesar 6.439 MMSCfd.

Kepala Hubungan Masyarakat Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) Taslim Z. Yunus mengatakan, dengan realisasi produksi migas pada awal tahun ini tersebut, pihaknya makin optimistis target hingga akhir 2017 dapat tercapai. “Dengan dukungan semua pihak, kami optimistis target produksi migas 2017 dapat terlampaui,” katanya, Kamis (9/2).

Dia menjelaskan, apabila tidak ada kegiatan baru, penurunan produksi minyak tahun ini diproyeksikan 16,2 %. Untuk menjaga tingkat produksi, dilakukan kegiatan baru seperti pengeboran, perawatan, dan kerja ulang sumur, serta optimasi fasilitas. “Dengan upaya tersebut, penurunan produksi minyak dibandingkan dengan 2016 dapat ditekan hingga menjadi 2,8%,” kata Taslim. Pada Januari 2017, sebanyak empat sumur pengembangan telah dibor dari target 223 sumur. Untuk sumur kerja ulang, telah terealisasi 45 sumur dan target 907 sumur. 

Sementara itu, kegiatan perawatan sumur telah terealisasi 1.257 sumur dari rencana 57.512 sumur. Untuk mencari cadangan migas baru, SKK Migas dan kontraktor kontrak kerja sama menjalankan program survei seismik dan pengeboran sumur eksplorasi. Selama Januari 2017, telah terlaksana satu survei seismik dan rencana 40 kegiatan. Untuk pengeboran eksplorasi terealisasi dua sumur dari rencana 134 sumur.

Selain itu, pada periode 1 Januari 4 Februari 2017, terdapat 68 kejadian gangguan operasi produksi yang tidak direncanakan dengan potensi kehilangan produksi 3.960 bph. Untuk gas bumi, terdapat 21 kejadian gangguan produksi yang menyebabkan potensi kehilangan 30 MMscfd. “SKK Migas dan KKKS [kontraktor kontrak kerja sama] terus berkoordinasi untuk mengoptimalkan realisasi kegiatan dan meminimalisir terjadinya unplanned shutdown [gangguan produksi yang tidak direncanakan],” kata Taslim.
