Semarang-Gresik pipeline has a capacity of 500 MMSCFD. The gas supply will come from Jambaran-Tiung Blue Square in Cepu carried out by PT Penamina EP Cepu to industry in Central Java. However, the first production is targeted for a new gas field in 2019, while the Semarang-Gresik pipeline to operate this year.

According to him, Pertamina has not received an allocation of the supply of gas to replace Fields Jambaran-Tiung Blue. "Not yet, not be allocated. We are still waiting for gas from Jambalan-Tiung Blue, "he explained.

Semarang-Gresik pipeline is part of the trans-Java gas pipeline. Project integration of trans-Java gas pipeline consists of three major projects. First, western Java, worth US $ 300 million with KHT Cirebon lane (84 km) and Tegalgede-Muara Tawar (50 km). Second, the northern part of Java, worth US $ 400 million with a path Cilebon-Semarang (255 km). Third, East Java, worth US $ 360 million with the Semarang-Gresik (271 km) and East Java Gas Pipeline (FJGP) -Grati worth US $ 58 million (22.1 km).

Pipa Gresik-Semarang Belum Rampung

PT Pertamina Gas, anak usaha PT Pertamina bakal merampungkan pipa transmisi gas ruas Gnesik-Semarang sepanjang 267 km pada tahun ini.  Vice President Corporate Communication Pertamina Wianda Pusponegoro mengatakan, saat ini ruas pipa Gresik-Semarang masih menyisakan 80 km yang belum selesai dibangun.

Selain itu, perseroan juga menargetkan proyek pipa gas ruas Duri-Dumai dapat segela dimulai. Perseroan akan membangun pipa gas yang menghubungkan Duri-Dumai di Sumatra Utara itu bersama dengan PT Perusahaan Gas Negara. Pasalnya, pemerintah telah memutuskan proyek Duri Dumai agar digarap PGN dan Pertagas. “Pada 2017 kami akan menyelesaikan [pipa transmisi] Gresik-Semarang, terus akan dimulai (pengerjaan pipa transmisi]  Duri-Dumai,” katanya.

Pipa Gresik-Semarang memiliki kapasitas 500 MMscfd. Pasokan gas akan didatangkan dari Lapangan Jambaran-Tiung Biru di Blok Cepu yang dikerjakan oleh PT Penamina EP Cepu ke industri di Jawa Tengah. Namun, produksi pertama lapangan gas tersebut ditargetkan baru  pada 2019, sedangkan pipa Gresik-Semarang dapat beroperasi tahun ini.

Menurutnya, Pertamina belum mendapat alokasi gas untuk menggantikan pasokan dari Lapangan Jambaran-Tiung Biru. “Belum, belum dapat alokasi. Kami masih menunggu gas dari Jambalan-Tiung Biru,” jelasnya.

Pipa Gresik-Semarang merupakan bagian dari pipa gas trans-Jawa. Proyek integrasi pipa gas trans-Jawa terdiri atas tiga proyek utama. Pertama, Jawa bagian barat senilai US$ 300 juta dengan jalur Cirebon KHT (84 km) dan Tegalgede-Muara Tawar (50 km). Kedua, Jawa bagian utara senilai US$ 400 juta dengan jalur Cilebon-Semarang (255 km). Ketiga, Jawa bagian Timur senilai US$ 360 juta dengan jalur Semarang-Gresik (271 km) dan East Java Gas Pipeline (FJGP)-Grati senilai US$ 58 juta (22,1 km).

Sementara itu, pipa Duri-Dumai dibangun sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri ESDM No. 4975 K/12/MEM/2016. Pertagas dan PGN ditugaskan menggarap pipa Duri-Dumai. Kedua perusahaan milik pemerintah itu harus membangun dan mengoperasikan secara bersama ruas pipa tersebut. Anggaran yang dipakai pun juga berasal dari   perusahaan. Pipa Duri-Dumai dengan panjang 70 km akan membutuhkan biaya investasi US$ 70 juta.

Di sisi lain, Pada 2016, Pertamina telah merampungkan tiga proyek pipa transmisi sepanjang 538 km. Ketiga proyek tersebut adalah pipa Porong-Grati di Jawa Timur dan pipa Muara Karang-Muara Tawar serta pipa dari Belawan ke Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM) hingga Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Sei Mangkei
