Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Ignatius Jonan inaugurated 25 officials in the EMR and SKK Migas. 18 Pejabat ESDM dan 7 SKK Migas Dilantik
Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Ignasius Jonan melantik 25 pejabat di lingkungan ESDM dan SKK Migas. Pejabat yang dilantik di antaranya Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Madya dua orang, Pimpinan Tinggi Utama enam orang, Pejabat Administrator sebanyak dua orang, dan Pejabat Pengawas sebanyak sembilan orang. Sedangkan untuk SKK Migas, dilantik pejabat sebanyak tujuh orang.
Jonan mengatakan, ESDM saat ini sedang menerapkan transparansi dalam promosi jabatan, baik di tingkat madya, utama, administrator dan pengawas melalui seleksi. Semua kenaikan pejabat struktural melakukan ujian tertulis untuk menghindari subjektivitas “Pelantikan ini dimaksudkan untuk penguatan dan penyegaran organisasi agar tugas dapat lebih baik dan lebih cepat, ujarnya di Jakarta, Selasa (28/2).
Jonan mengatakan, pengangkatan pejabat baru dimaksudkan memperkuat dan penyegaran struktur organisasi. Artinya, sebagai pejabat baru bisa menjadi pembeda di lingkungan ESDM dan SKK Migas. “Saya harapkan mudah-mudahan setiap penugasan dapat dimaksimalkan. Ini bukan hadiah tapi amanah, harus diingat baik-baik,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, Jonan berpesan juga supaya pejabat baru dapat menjadi pemimpin dalam kerjanya masing- masing. Bagi Jonan, pemimpinan yang menunjukkan hasil karyanya seperti apa. “Saya percaya kepemimpinan itu modalnya 50% bakat dan 50% perjalanan hidup. 50% yang terakhir itu bisa ditempuh, sedangkan 50% awal merupakan takdir dari Allah. Jadi, saya minta sekurangnya 50% akhir bisa memberikan contoh pada anak buah,” ujarnya.
