PT Pertamina invited 56 foreign companies to participate in crude processing deal auction

Perusahaan minyak nasional itu membuka kesempatan bagi pemilik kilang untuk menawarkan harga terbaik sebagai imbal hasil mengolah minyak mentah.
Melalui skema crude processing deal (CPD), perseroan nantinya memasok minyak mentah untuk diolah di kilang milik perusahaan lain. Pertamina nantinya membayar biaya jasa pengolahan minyak mentah menjadi gasolin
Tahapan proses CPD saat ini baru sampai pada tahap invite [undang] 56 perusahaan. "Tahapan proses masih menunggu submit [persetujuan] dari perusahaan yang kami undang,” ujarya, Rabu (19/4).
Berdasarkan rencana Pertamina, ada 7 juta barel gasolin yang akan dihasilkan pada semester Il/2017. Pertamina akan mengirimkan minyak mentah sekitar 1 juta barel per bulan. Senior Vice President ISC Pertamina Daniel Purba mengatakan, jika pengiriman minyak mentah dari Pertamina sudah dimulai Juni 2017, perseroan harus menetapkan perusahaan pemilik kilang yang akan disewa pada Mei 2017.
Minyak yang diolah tersebut berasal dan hasil produksi aset Pertamina yang berada di luar negeri, seperti di Irak 3 juta barel dan 4 juta barel akan dipasok melalui pembelian di pasar spot. “Kalau loading-nya Juni," Bulan Mei kita harus menetapkan pemenangnya," katanya.
