Construction of the Duri-Dumai gas transmission pipeline constructed by PT Pertamina and PT Perusahaan Gas Negara will begin this year.
The Government has issued the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No.497S K / 12 / MEM / 2016, which states that PGN and Pertagas must build together the gas infrastructure and its joint support. Through this beleid, the Duri-Dumai pipeline is targeted to operate in the first quarter of 2017.
As a follow up, a cooperation was signed between Pertamina's Director of Gas and EBT Yenni Andayani and President Director of PGN Jobi Triananda Hasjim. The signing was witnessed by Deputy SOEs in the field of Regional Logistics and Tourism Logistics, Edwin Hidayat.
President Director of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Jobi Triananda targets construction to start in the third quarter of 2017. Because the pipeline development schedule is adjusted with the schedule of gas supply flows from upstream, ie in 2018.

Pipe along the 67 kilometers (km) that will flow gas Dumai refinery, industrial, commercial, until the household. Therefore, it also seeks to get the cost of transporting gas through the pipeline as efficiently as possible.
"To be able to get a toll fee at an efficient price we've talked, are both planning this development design together with Penamina. We already have a deal value of US $ 76 million, "he said.
Director of Gas and EBT PT Pertamina Yenni Andayani said it has signed a gas sales agreement (PJBG) to be streamed in this segment.
For Pertamina it has received gas supply from Corridor Block (ConocoPhillips) 57 million standard cubic feet per day (MMscfd) and Bentu (Energi Mega Persada Bentu) by 40 MMscfd. Meanwhile, PGN gets supply and Corridor Block of 37 MMscfd.
He also hopes that this project can be completed according to a predetermined schedule. In addition, it is expected that Pertamina-PGN can synergize in other gas infrastructure development projects in order to increase gas utilization.

Konstruksi Duri-Dumai Dimulai Tahun lni
Kami sudah punya nilai kesepakatan US$76 juta,” katanya.
