Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Ignatius Jonan on Monday (25/9) staged the first stone development of the Jambaran - Tiung Biru (JTB) Unitization gas field project in Bandungrejo Village, Ngasem District, Bojonegoro District.
Attending the execution of the first stone laying was present, the Regent of Bojonegoro, Suyoto, Assistant II of East Java Province, Fatah Yasin, Vice Regent of Blora Regency, Arif Rohman, Head of SKK Migas Jabanusa, Ali Mashyar, Commission VII DPR RI, Satya W. Yudha, the ranks of Muspida Bojonegoro District Government, as well as some invitations.
The laying of the first stone is an important step that marks the start of the JTB project gas processing facilities (GPF) construction work with a production capacity of 330 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD).
"Projected state revenue from this project until the contract is completed in 2035 reached USD 3.61 billion or more than Rp 48 trillion," said Head of SKK Migas, Amien Sunaryadi.
Furthermore, Amien said the entire gas production will also be used for domestic needs. The allocation of 100 MMSCFD is allocated to Pertamina, which is then channeled to PLN for electricity needs in East Java and Central Java. Meanwhile, 72 MMSCFD will supply industrial needs in Central Java and East Java.
This project was built for approximately 4 years, projected to be completed in early 2021 and will have a double effect on the regional economy in particular and the national general. One of them is the employment absorption reaching 6 thousand people to the construction period.
"This project creates the hope of people's happiness. The Bojonegoro Regency Government will support the project to run smoothly, "said Bojonegoro Regent Suyoto in his speech.
While Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) of the Republic of Indonesia, Ignatius Jonan ordered the Regent of Bojonegoro, Suyoto, to immediately call him when there are known obstacles in the implementation of the Jambihan-Tiung Blue Unit Unitization gas project.
"Please the Regent can call me if there is a problem, Regent already have my number when on the train," he said on the podium.
In the event, Ignatius also said many thanks to the Exxon, PLN, Pertamina EP, and SKK Migas. He also alludes to labor issues. Especially how the involvement of local residents with the existence of this gas mega project.
Known, JTB Gas field is a combination of the Work Area (WK) Cepu and WK Pertamina EP. The field reserves are estimated at 1.9 trillion cubic feet (TCF). Pertamina EP Cepu will be the sole operator after ExxonMobil releases its stake in JTB, so that Pertamina controls 90 percent of participating interest and 10 percent owned by local government.

Lapangan JTB Diproyeksi Sumbang Rp 48 Triliun
Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Ignasius Jonan, Senin (25/9) melakukan peletakan batu pertama pengembangan proyek lapangan gas Unitisasi Jambaran - Tiung Biru (JTB) di Desa Bandungrejo, Kecamatan Ngasem, Kabupaten Bojonegoro.
Hadir dalam pelaksanaan peletakan batu pertama ini hadir diantaranya, Bupati Bojonegoro, Suyoto, Asisten II Provinsi Jatim, Fatah Yasin, Wakil Bupati Pemkab Blora, Arif Rohman, Kepala perwakilan SKK Migas Jabanusa, Ali Mashyar, Komisi VII DPR RI, Satya W. Yudha, jajaran Muspida Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro, serta beberapa undangan.
Peletakan batu pertama merupakan tahapan penting yang menandai dimulai pekerjaan konstruksi fasilitas pemroses gas (gas processing facilities/GPF) proyek JTB yang kapasitas produksinya mencapai 330 juta standar kaki kubik per hari (MMSCFD).
“ Diproyeksikan penerimaan negara dari proyek ini sampai kontrak selesai tahun 2035 mencapai USD 3,61 miliar atau lebih dari Rp 48 triliun,” kata Kepala SKK Migas, Amien Sunaryadi.
Lebih lanjut, Amien mengatakan seluruh produksi gas ini juga akan digunakan untuk kebutuhan dalam negeri. Alokasi sebesar 100 MMSCFD diperuntukkan ke Pertamina, yang kemudian dialirkan ke PLN untuk kebutuhan listrik di Jatim dan Jateng. Sementara sebesar 72 MMSCFD akan memasok kebutuhan industri di Jateng dan Jatim.
Proyek ini dibangun selama lebih kurang 4 tahun, diproyeksikan selesai pada awal tahun 2021 dan akan memberikan efek ganda terhadap perekonomian daerah khususnya dan nasional umumnya. Salah satunya adalah penyerapan tenaga kerja yang mencapai 6 ribu orang kepada masa konstruksi.
“ Proyek ini menciptakan harapan kebahagiaan rakyat. Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro akan mendukung agar proyek ini bisa berjalan secara mulus,” ujar Bupati Bojonegoro, Suyoto dalam sambutannya.
Sementara Menteri Energi dan Sumber daya Mineral (ESDM) Republik Indonesia, Ignasius Jonan berpesan kepada Bupati Bojonegoro, Suyoto, agar segera menelponnya ketika diketahui ada kendala dalam pelaksanaan proyek gas Unitisasi Jambaran-Tiung Biru (J-TB).
“Tolong nanti Bupati bisa menelpon saya kalau ada masalah, Bupati sudah punya nomer saya saat di kereta,” katanya saat diatas podium.
Dalam acara tersebut, Ignasius juga mengucapkan banyak terimakasih disampaikan kepada pihak Exxon, PLN, Pertamina EP, serta SKK Migas. Dia juga menyinggung masalah tenaga kerja. Terutama bagaimana keterlibatan warga lokal dengan adanya mega proyek gas ini.
Diketahui, lapangan Gas JTB adalah gabungan dari bagian Wilayah Kerja (WK) Cepu dan WK Pertamina EP. Cadangan lapangan ini diperkirakan sebesar 1,9 triliun kaki kubik (TCF). Pertamina EP Cepu akan menjadi operator tunggal setelah ExxonMobil melepaskan sahamnya di JTB, sehingga Pertamina menguasai 90 persen participating interest dan 10 persen dimiliki pemerintah daerah.
