Total 40 Wilayah Kerja konvensional yang siap dilelang pada tahun ini pun kembali dikurangi menjadi 25 wilayah kerja yang dianggap layak lelang. Wakil Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Arcandra Tahar mengatakan, pihaknya telah mengevaluasi 40 wilayah kerja yang tersedia dan siap lelang. Hasil evaluasi itu pun menunjukkan kembali angka 25 wilayah kerja yang siap untuk dilelang pada 16 Februari atau 17 Februari 2018.
“Total wilayah kerja yang dilelang ada 25, sisanya dari 40 wilayah kerja itu ada yang dinilai tidak menarik. Jadi, kami tidak memasukkan ke dalam lelang,” ujarnya.
Namun, Arcandra tidak merinci dari hasil evaluasi itu, blok migas apa saja yang dipilih untuk dilelang pada pertengahan bulan depan tersebut. Sebelumnya, angka 40 wilayah kerja migas yang siap dilelang muncul dari gabungan wilayah kerja yang tersedia pada 2018 dan lelang tahap II 2017, tetapi batal dilakukan. Selain itu, total wilayah kerja yang tidak laku pada perlode 2015 dan 2016 seiring dengan rendahnya harga minyak, serta wilayah kerja terminasi pada 2017.
Perinciannya, total Wilayah kerja tersedia lelang 2018, lelang tahap II 2017, Wilayah kerja tidak laku pada 2015 dan 2016 sebanyak 25 blok migas. Secara detail, wilayah kerja itu terdiri dari Rupat Labuhan, South CPP, Nibung, Batu Gajah Dua, Bukit Barat, South Tuna, Tongkol, Banyumas, Ampuh, East Sepanjang-Kangean, Kasongan Sampit, Southwest Bengara, Suremana I, Manakarra Mamuju, Southeast Mandar, Karaeng, Ebuny, East Tanimbar, West Berau, Onln, Kasuri II, Kasuri III, West Kaimana, North Arguni, Mamberamo.
Selain itu, ada 15 Wilayah kerja terminasi 2017 yang akan kembali dilelang pada tahun ini. Wilayah kerja itu antara lain Blok Air Komering, East Sokang, East Muriah, North Kangean, Palangkaraya, West Sangata, Belayan, Southeast Mahakam, South Sageri, Halmahera Kofiau, Southwest Bird’s Head, Semal IV, West Papua III, Cendrawasih Bay II, Cendrawasih Bay III.
Pelaksana tugas Dirjen Migas Kementerian ESDM Ego Syahrial sempat mengatakan, 40 wilayah kerja yang siap lelang itupun akan ditawarkan kepada PT Pertarnina (Persero) terlebih dulu.
Hingga pekan lalu, Direktur Hulu Pertamina Syamsu Alam masih enggan berkomentar untuk keputusan perseroan terkait dengan tawaran lebih awal untuk 40 Wilayah kerja yang siap lelang pada tahun ini.
Di sisi lain, Kementerian ESDM mencatat ada tiga blok migas non-konvensional yang siap lelang, tetapi tidak akan ditawarkan dalam lelang pada tahun ini.
Arcandra menekankan, untuk blok migas non-konvensional saat ini masih belum menarik, meskipun ada blok migas yang tersedia dan siap untuk dilelang.
