ESDM Decides Four Termination Blocks in 2019

The ESDM Ministry decides on the termination block management. This time the decision was awarded for four blocks that will expire in 2019. The four working areas are Jambi Merang, Raja / Pendopo, Seram-Non Bula and Bula. Two working areas were handed back to PT Pertamina, namely Jambi Merang and Raja / Pendopo. 

     Director General of Oil and Gas at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Djoko Siswanto, said that the four contracted working areas are for 20 years using gross split. With the addition of four working areas, the gross split scheme agrees to 20 contracts. The total signature bonus received is US $ 20.29 million or equivalent to Rp 285 billion.

"The total investment commitment of five years' total work is US $ 308,992 million or around Rp 4.3 trillion," Djoko said during a press conference at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Jakarta (11/5). The split division, among others, Jambi Merang for the contractor oil yields 46.5%, while the government gets 53.5%. Gas contractor gets 51.5% and the government gets 48.5%. In the Seram Non Bula working area, the contractor gets 72.87% and the government's share is 27.12%.

King / Pendopo contractors get the share of oil by 46% and the government 54%. While for gas contractors get 51% and the government gets 49%. While the production sharing area for oil, the contractor gets 66.5% and the government gets 33.5%.

ESDM Memutuskan Empat Blok Terminasi Tahun 2019

Kementerian ESDM memutuskan pengelolaan blok terminasi. Kali ini keputusan diberikan untuk empat blok yang akan habis masa kontraknya di tahun 2019. Empat Wilayah kerja tersebut adalah blok Jambi Merang, Raja/Pendopo, Seram-Non Bula dan Bula. Dua Wilayah kerja diserahkan kembali kepada PT Pertamina, yaitu Jambi Merang dan Raja/Pendopo. 

     Dirjen Migas Kementerian ESDM Djoko Siswanto mengatakan, jangka waktu kontrak empat Wilayah Kerja tersebut Selama 20 tahun menggunakan gross split. Dengan tambahan empat wilayah kerja, kesepakatan skema gross split menjadi 20 kontrak. Adapun total bonus tanda tangan yang diterima sebesar US$ 20,29 juta atau setara Rp 285 miliar.

Raja/Pendopo kontraktor mendapatkan bagi hasil minyak sebesar 46% dan pemerintah 54%. Sementara untuk gas kontraktor mendapatkan 51% dan pemerintah mendapatkan 49%. Sedangkan wilayah kerja Bula bagi hasil untuk minyak, kontraktor mendapatkan 66,5% dan pemerintah mendapatkan 33,5%.
