Jindi memberikan komitmen kerja pasti di South Jambi B selama 5 tahun pertama sebesar US$60 juta dan bonus tanda tangan US$5 juta.

Sejak 2017 sampai saat ini, 32 Wilayah kerja migas telah menggunakan skema kontrak bagi hasil kotor (gross split) terdiri dari 11 blok hasil lelang, 20 blok terminasi, dan satu blok amendemen kontrak.
Total komitmen investasi dari 32 wilayah migas tersebut mencapai sekitar US$ 2,1 miliar atau setara dengan Rp 31 triliun. Wakil Menteri ESDM Arcandra Tahar mengatakan, Jindi South Jambi B dapat masuk ke South Jambi lebih cepat dengan menggunakan skema kerja sama. Menurutnya, pemerintah mempercepat pelelangan blok terminasi tersebut agar menghindari penurunan produksi secara drastis.
“Produksi blok ini tidak turun drastis kalau diintervensi. Kami proses sekarang karena agar sampai 2022 bisa dilakukan upaya agar produksi bisa ditingkatkan.”
